Garlic Parmesan Wings



Ingredients:

500 grams of chicken wings
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
4 ounce of melted butter
4 gloves of garlic crushed
2 tablespoon of chopped parsley leaves
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
140 grams of Parmesan cheese
Caesar for dressing

Direction to cook:

Toss the chicken wing with vegetable oil; season them with black pepper and Pink Salt. Preheat the oven at 400 degree Celsius.  Take a baking sheet place on it the wire rack  put the seasoned chicken on it and heat it in the oven for at least 50 to 55 minutes  until they become golden brown and crispy. Take a bowl. Add in the melted butter, cheeped garlic, parsley leaves, and red pepper flakes. Stir them together to make a sauce. Add in it the spicy sauce baked wings and toss them until they are coated properly. Now put the wing on the serving plate sprinkle on it more Parmesan cheese and serve them with Caesar dressing.

Chicken Nuggets Recipe By Himalayan Foods


Ingredients:

½ kg / 500 grams of chicken mince
 1 medium sized onion
 2 eggs
 6 slice of white bread
 200 grams of bread crumbs
1 cup of white flour
 ½ cup of water
 1 tablespoon of garlic
 Pink salt per taste
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Procedure to Cook:

Chop the onions cut the bread slices into small pieces and put them in a bowl mix together the chicken mince meats, pieces of the sliced bread , Garlic paste , Himalayan pink salt, chopped onion , white flour and black pepper.  Mix well the ingredients and then grind them in a processor. When done take the mixture out in the bowl. Take nearly one tablespoon of the minced mixture and shape them as nuggets. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the half cup of water in beaten egg. In a third bowl put the bread crumbs. Put a frying pan on a stove.  Pour some cooking oil into a skillet and heat it on the moderate flame. Now dip the nuggets in the beaten egg mixture then dip the nuggets in the bread crumbs and coat it with the breadcrumbs then. Put them in the skillet for deep frying for at least 5 to 6 minutes until color changes to golden brown. When ready serve them tomato   ketchup and chili garlic sauce.

Succulent Roast Chicken



Succulent roast chicken is best and easy roast for the chicken dinner. The chicken is ideal to be served with the roasted potatoes and veggies    you can enjoy the chicken with the light rice recipes’ and the veg rice recipes, also good to have with the wraps. The garlic- lemon zest enhances its taste and makes it reach the sovereignty of taste

Ingredients:

1 juicy large lemon
Virgin Olive oil
2 springs of herb rose marry chopped
3 springs of thyme herb chopped
2 garlic gloves minced
Himalayan pink salt per taste
Black pepper per taste
I full chicken
4 whole garlic cloves

Directions How to Cook:

Switch on the oven to preheat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a bowl. Add lemon zest in the bowl. Add in it the minced garlic, chopped thyme and the rosemary herb and the olive oil. Also, add in it the pink salt and the black pepper according to your taste
Wash the chicken properly.  Separate the skin layer from the chicken breast and thigh meat. Now rub the herb mixture on the chicken meat. Take the zested lemon cut it into two half pieces. Place one-half piece of the lemon into the chicken’s cavity with the whole garlic cloves / prepare a roasting pan and put the chicken in the roasting pan.  

Now squeeze out the half lemon on the chicken evenly.  Place the roasting pan in the oven and bake the chicken for at least 1 hour 35 minutes continue to bake until the   chicken ‘s bone color changes to golden brown and the juice comes out clear  if possible insert the instant reading thermometer into the thickest part of chicken’s thigh  it should read 180 degree Celsius . The chicken is ready. Remove it from the oven cover the chicken with the aluminum foil and place it in a warm area for about ten minutes. Then slice the chicken and serve it

Italian Fries: With Himalayan Pink Salt





Italian cheesy French fries are too awesome to eat. They are supreme to serve as the single snack with spicy ketchup and sauces at tea time, brunch time or evening snacks time. Supreme cheesy fries can be served in addition to the burgers and wraps also. Cheesy fries are soft and delicious to eat .Evenly liked by the kids and the elderly persons 

Ingredients:

6 to 7 potatoes peeled and sliced into French fries sticks
¼ cup of olive oil
Himalayan pink salt  
Black pepper per taste
500 grams of Romano cheese grated
¼ cup finely chopped parsley leaves
100 grams of salted butter sliced into six cubes
1 to 2 tablespoon of Italian herbs dried / combo of thyme, basil leaves, oregano. Marjoram 

Procedure to Cook:

Cut the potatoes in French fries style then put them in cold salted water for  a while  and then  drain  the water from the soaked potatoes Dry the potatoes by stroking with the paper towel.  Set the oven to preheat at 400 Degree Celsius.  Spread with the brush the olive oil on two baking dishes. Spread the sliced potato chips on the baking dish. Let the potatoes overlap its ok then too. Now sprinkle the herbs on the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese and the parsley leaves on the potatoes.
Sprinkle the pink salt and black pepper on the potatoes.  Pour spread the olive oil on the potatoes also place the butter cubes on the sides of the baking dish, now put the baking dish in the oven and bake it for at least 45 to 50 minutes. While baking potatoes keep checking the fries are cooked or not. When the potatoes turn to the golden brown color, they are ready to serve with the spatula lift the potatoes along with its crusty yummy cheese layer serve hot with the spicy tomatoes and chili garlic sauces.

Cheesy Egg and Vegie Cup







 Ingredients:

 Vegetable oil
 2 1/2 cup shredded hash brown potatoes
 2 cups of vegetable oil
8 eggs
3 Tablespoon milk
1 cup shredded cheese
 Himalayan pink salt to taste
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 

Directions to Cook:

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a nonstick skillet or cooking pan. Pour some oil in the skillet and heat it. Add in the oil the potatoes cook them add the cut vegetable in the potatoes add the Himalayan pink salt in the potatoes and cook further.  Cook the mixture until the potatoes get brown and the vegetable gets tender.  Take 12 muffin pan cups; spray the cups with the cooking spray .Now put the vegetable mixture in the muffin cups. Put the shredded cheese in the cups. In a bowl beat the egg with the milk and the parmesan cheese.  Beat till the mixture blend together. Pour the blended mixture into the muffin cups and out of the cups in the preheated oven. Bake the cups for at least 15 minutes or till the position when the knife inserted in cake come out clear when the cooled remove the cake from the pan.  It is ready to serve

Cheese burger pie:


A delicious beefy recipe liked by the adults as well as children of all ages due to its cheesy taste and look. It’s easy to cook nutritional dish keeping in it the necessary nutritional constituent of a regular diet.

Required time for preparing: 40 minutes

          



Ingredients for 5 to 6 servings:


  • 1 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Cooking directions:


Take a pot, place it on the medium heat and then heat the ground beef for 8 to 10 minutes until it is no longer pink and the water dries off. Now, add in it the onion powder and 1 cup of the cheese. Heat for a couple of minutes and then remove it from the heat. On the other side, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and coat the pie plate with cooking oil. In a bowl stir the remaining ingredients: Himalayan pink salt, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise black pepper and fat with the fork. Now spread the beef mixture on the prepared baking tray and pour on it the whisked mixture. Place the tray in the heated oven for at least 25 minutes, until the inserted comes out as clean. Serve hot, perfect for 5 to 6 persons serving.

Pink Salt and Olive Oil Ice Cream Recipe


Basically the quality of the ice cream depends upon the oil used. Try to use the extra virgin olive oil or taste a few before using in the recipe. Using salt is also a fun. You can use a salt type of your own choice but I always use Himalayan pink salt as it contains natural minerals and a real salty taste.
This ice cream has the best taste when eaten soft at the sight. If you will keep it in freezer for later use then the oil will made it hard somehow. It would be best served in a cone.

                


Ingredients:


160 ml extra virgin olive oil
200 ml whole milk
140 g sugar
100 ml double cream
4 large egg yolks
Himalayan Pink salt


Directions:


First of all boil the milk, cream and sugar. Leave for at least 2 minutes to cool it slightly. Take the egg yolks and beat until they get pale and thick. Slowly add the mixture with the yolks while stirring. Again take this mixture to the burner to make custard on low heat. Remove from burner and chill.
After chilling for some minutes, give it a blend of olive oil and pinch of pink salt. It will add an amazing and noticeable flavor. Completely cool the mixture before mixing in the ice cream maker. Serve this distinguishing and full of flavor ice cream with an extra pinch of Himalayan pink salt.

Lip-smacking Curry Caramel Truffles With Himalayan Pink Salt

What about starting your auspicious occasions with something sweet?? And what if that sweet thing is chocolate? Superb choice!!! Homemade chocolate truffles are so easy to make. They are the little bites supplemented with the sweetness that would impress everyone and would make them happy too. Though it is a little bit time-taking but the result would be something that would surprise you and make you far more than just happy.



Time estimation for 30 truffles:


Preparation time: 30 min
Cook time: 1 hour
Total time: minimum 2 hours

Ingredients required:


¼ cup sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
6 Oz milk chocolate
8 Oz semi-sweet chocolate
¼ tablespoon Himalayan Pink salt plus more for sprinkling
 ¼ tablespoon curry powder

Instructions:


First of all, heat milk chocolate at a time until it gets melted. Set aside. Take a small saucepan and pour sugar in it. Mix with 1 tablespoon of water and heat until the sugar gets brown. Add in the heavy cream and keep on stirring until all sugar crystals melted out and make a smooth caramel. Pour this caramel in milk chocolate and add in curry powder and Himalayan Salt. Stir until well combined and put in refrigerator for at least two hours. Take the mixture out and make small balls of caramel chocolate mixture. Again put the balls in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. From 8 Oz semi-sweet chocolate, melt 6 Oz and then add in the remaining 2 Oz. Stir it well to form an even blend. Take the balls out of refrigerator and dip in this semi-sweet chocolate blend one by one. Put the chocolate dipped balls in a tray on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with little Himalayan Pink salt and let the chocolate set for about 2 hours. Delicious curry caramel truffles with a natural salty taste of pink salt are ready to serve.

5 Minute Yummy Mac & Cheese

Don’t even know about a recipe as simple and quick as yummy mac and cheese. Don’t doubt the taste by seeing the simplicity and easiness to prepare the dish, just consider the flavor. Surely, you’ll dig into it. Just try and impress your loved ones.
Who’ll want to order a box mix if you have homemade mac and cheese ready in just five minutes? At least I wouldn’t do that. The recipe would become even simpler if you would have some extra pasta cooked from your last night dinner. Mix it with cheese, milk, pink salt and pepper, microwave for five minutes, just ENJOY!!!!

Ingredients required for 4 servings:


½ lb. pasta (cooked)
1 cup whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¾ tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt

How to cook?


Just follow the simple steps and in no time you will be well on your way to enjoy the delicious homemade mac and cheese.
First of all take a microwave safe bowl. Place cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, milk, Himalayan pink salt and black pepper and stir to mix. Cover the bowl lightly with a plastic wrap and place in microwave for just 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, take the bowl out and stir to mix. Again place in microwave for another 2 minutes. Take out and stir until you get creamy and smooth mac and cheese. Serve immediately if you want that hot and velvety flavor.

Baby Bloomin’ Onions

Searching the internet for new snack ideas? Here is our baby blooming onions. Yes, these little guys are little time consuming, but when get ready, they would be just a FUN!! They are really so fun to serve and eat and they would definitely be a highlight of any Super Bowl or fun party.
As they are a little bit time consuming, you could make them ahead of time, dredge them in egg and flour mixtures, place on a parchment lined baking sheet making sure they don’t touch each other and freeze. Once froze, put them in a plastic bag and again put in freezer until ready to use.


Ingredients (count) = 9
Total time (minutes) = 30
Nutrition (calories) = 80



Makings for 16 servings:


  • 16 onions (Cipollini)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Peanut or vegetable oil for frying

How to cook?


Fill a medium pot with oil and preheat at 350˚F. Cut off all the onions from the pointed end stem and peel carefully. Make sure not to peel any actual layer of onion. Cut the upper side and make a cross cut through onion leaving the bottom stem intact. Continue cross cutting until you have the 12 cross cuts on each onion. Now use your fingers to gently separate the outer layers. Take a small bowl and pour buttermilk, set aside. Take a separate bowl and mix all other ingredients. Dip each onion in buttermilk and quickly dredge in the flour mixture. Doubly coat each onion. After coating, carefully drop a couple of onions in hot oil. Flip and fry for at least 4 to 5 minutes or until they get crispy and golden brown. Take them out and transfer to paper towels. Season with Himalayan salt and pepper and quickly transfer to the serving plate. Serve with sauces which you like.

Pink White Chocolate Sugar Cookies



Recipes are practiced more which are quick and easy to do for everyone. A recipe should be like everyone would appreciate that and enjoy too. What about cookies?? I think everyone like sugar cookies but what if you make them PINK and add some white chocolate chips?? Deliciously crispy outside and extremely soft and sweet inside!! Yummy!
 Don’t like white chocolate?? Leave the chips out because these cookies are so flavorsome on their own. It’s a perfect recipe to be practiced for spring, Easter and birthday parties, which you should try to impress your loved ones.

Ingredients you need:


  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • ½ tablespoon cream
  • ½ tablespoon pink salt
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar plus ½ cup for rolling
  • White chocolate chips as you like
  • 1 tube pink food coloring gel

How to bake?


In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar and butter, also preheat oven to 350 degrees. While mixing sugar and butter, add in egg yolks one at a time. Beat one well before adding the next one. Beat the mixture well and add vanilla and Himalayan pink salt. Take a separate bowl and mix flour, baking soda and cream. After mixing, slowly incorporate this mixture into the sugar mixture. Now the mixing will take time as the mixture will look like very dry at start, but will come together nicely after mixing well.
Add a tube or two of pink food coloring and stir. Add white chocolate chips and make cookies of the mixture. Pour the remaining half cup sugar in a bowl and roll the cookies in sugar for sugar coating. Place cookies on cookie sheet and one thing keep in mind, do not compress.
Place the dish in preheated oven and bake for 12-13 minutes. Remove from oven and wait 2-3 minutes before putting them off from cookie sheet. Let us enjoy the appetizing pink white chocolate sugar cookies.
