Dry Beef Chili

Ingredients:

250grams of beef undercut
1/2egg
3 tablespoon of corn flour
¼ spoon of Himalayan pink salt
1/8 teaspoon of zarda food color
½ tablespoon of white pepper powder
Oil for deep frying
4 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
½ capsicums Julian
3 green chili Julian
1 onion
¼ tablespoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
½ tablespoon of Himalayan pink salt
½ tablespoon of Chinese salt
¼ tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Direction to cook:

In a bowl mix together the ingredients corn flour, pink salt, zarda food color, white pepper powder, corn flour and half eggs mix the ingredients and beef together and place it aside for some time. Take a frying pan heat some oil in the skillet at medium flame. Put the beef in the oil and make it fried in it until the beef color changes into golden color.Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry it in the cooking oil till it turns to golden in color. Now add the chopped vegetables, chopped onion Julian capsicum, and Julian green chili in the frying garlic and onion .continue to cook it on medium flame. Also, add the fried meat in it .stir fry it for few minutes add to it the lemon juice, Chinese salt, sugar white pepper and soy sauce  and cook it more for several minutes.  The beef is ready, serve it hot with rice.

Italian Rice Pie




Ingredients:


9 large eggs
500 grams of heavy whipped cream
400grams of white sugar
2 pounds of ricotta cheese
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
250 grams of cooked white rice
15 ounce of crushed and drained pine apple
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt 


Direction to Cook:

Take a large bowl creak and break 9 eggs in it beat the eggs with egg beater. Add in the beaten eggs the sugar and a pinch of Himalayan salt and mix the mixture well. Add in the mixture the crushed ricotta cheese and vanilla essence and mix well until the mixture becomes smooth. Add in the mixture the heavy creme and stir well. Add in the mixture the cooked rice and crushed pine apple. Set the oven to pre heat at 165 Degree Celsius.  Take 9x13 inch baking dish. Grease it with butter. Now pour the prepared pie mixture on the greased baking dish.  Bake the dish in oven for at least one hour at 165 Degree Celsius. Check the status of the pie by inserting the dry knife in it. if knife comes out clean , pie is ready . make sure that the top  of the pie is golden colored.   Serve it by cooling in the refrigerator.

Potato Pancakes






Ingredients:


 
½ kg potatoes grated
Black pepper as per taste
Himalayan pink salt as per taste
3 eggs (only egg white required}
Half kg Green onion (only green portion of green onion required)
Asian hot spices mix Powder (Garam Masala)
Vegetable oil
4 to 5 chopped Green chili  


Directions To Cook:


Peel the potatoes with a knife then grate them with a hand grater. Put the grated potatoes in a cotton cloth and press them hard to remove the excess water from the grated potatoes.  Now add in the grated potatoes mixture the pink salt, black pepper, little oil, Asian hot spice mixture, chopped green onion, egg white, chopped green chill and mix the mixture well. Now shape the potatoes mixture in pancake shape and place them aside. You can also place them in a refrigerator to make them bit solid so that they don’t break while frying.  In a large frying pan, put some oil and heat it on the medium flame when the oil is hot, place the potato pancakes in the frying pan and deep fry them until they become golden brown in color. When ready serve them hot with tomato ketchup or Asian traditional spicy sauces
