Asian Beef Golash Recipe | Recipe by Himalayan Chef
Ingredients:
500 grams of minced beef
¼ cup of cooking oil
½ cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of Garlic paste
1 teaspoon of Ginger paste
125 grams of tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon
Mustard powder
Himalayan pink salt per taste
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
2 tablespoon of
tomato paste
2 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
Chopped ginger for
garnishing
1 to 2 green chilies
for garnishing
Direction to cook:
Take a skillets
place it on a medium flame. Pour in it the cooking oil. Add in the cooking oil
the chopped or roasted onions and make them fry till they become tender and translucent.
Add in the frying onion the garlic paste and the ginger paste. Stir fry the mixture and add in it the beef
mince and let it fry with the thoroughly. Add in it the Himalayan pink salt,
black pepper powder, the red chili powder, mustard powder and the tomato
ketchup and continue to cook it. Now add in it the tomato paste and the
barbecue paste .cook the mixture further till the spice aroma leaves and
delicious and tasty food aroma comes out.
When the mixture is fried and cooked thoroughly add in it half cup of
water to make the gravy. Cook a little more. It is ready to serve. Place it in
a bowl and sprinkle on it the chopped ginger and green chili for garnishing and
adding extra savior to your beef recipe. Serve it with boiled rice. It is also
awesome to have with fried rice or any less spicy rice type.

Garlic Parmesan Wings
Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken wings
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
4 ounce of melted butter
4 gloves of garlic crushed
2 tablespoon of chopped parsley leaves
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
140 grams of Parmesan cheese
Caesar for dressing
Direction to cook:
Toss the chicken wing with vegetable oil; season them with black pepper and Pink Salt. Preheat the oven at 400 degree Celsius. Take a baking sheet place on it the wire rack put the seasoned chicken on it and heat it in the oven for at least 50 to 55 minutes until they become golden brown and crispy. Take a bowl. Add in the melted butter, cheeped garlic, parsley leaves, and red pepper flakes. Stir them together to make a sauce. Add in it the spicy sauce baked wings and toss them until they are coated properly. Now put the wing on the serving plate sprinkle on it more Parmesan cheese and serve them with Caesar dressing.

Dry Beef Chili
Ingredients:
250grams of beef undercut
1/2egg
3 tablespoon of corn flour
¼ spoon of Himalayan pink salt
1/8 teaspoon of zarda food color
½ tablespoon of white pepper powder
Oil for deep frying
4 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
½ capsicums Julian
3 green chili Julian
1 onion
¼ tablespoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
½ tablespoon of Himalayan pink salt
½ tablespoon of Chinese salt
¼ tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Direction to cook:
In a bowl mix
together the ingredients corn flour, pink salt, zarda food color,
white pepper powder, corn flour and half eggs mix the ingredients and beef
together and place it aside for some time. Take a frying pan heat some oil in
the skillet at medium flame. Put the beef in the oil and make it fried in it
until the beef color changes into golden color.Heat some cooking oil in a
frying pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry it in the cooking oil till it turns
to golden in color. Now add the chopped vegetables, chopped onion Julian
capsicum, and Julian green chili in the frying garlic and onion .continue to
cook it on medium flame. Also, add the fried meat in it .stir fry it for few
minutes add to it the lemon juice, Chinese salt, sugar white pepper and soy
sauce and cook it more for several
minutes. The beef is ready, serve it hot
with rice.

Italian Rice Pie
Ingredients:
9 large eggs
500 grams of heavy whipped cream
400grams of white sugar
2 pounds of ricotta cheese
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
250 grams of cooked white rice
15 ounce of crushed and drained pine apple
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Direction to Cook:
Take
a large bowl creak and break 9 eggs in it beat the eggs with egg beater. Add in
the beaten eggs the sugar and a pinch of Himalayan salt and mix the mixture
well. Add in the mixture the crushed ricotta cheese and vanilla essence and mix
well until the mixture becomes smooth. Add in the mixture the heavy creme and
stir well. Add in the mixture the cooked rice and crushed pine apple. Set the
oven to pre heat at 165 Degree Celsius.
Take 9x13 inch baking dish. Grease it with butter. Now pour the prepared
pie mixture on the greased baking dish. Bake
the dish in oven for at least one hour at 165 Degree Celsius. Check the status
of the pie by inserting the dry knife in it. if knife comes out clean , pie is
ready . make sure that the top of the
pie is golden colored. Serve it by
cooling in the refrigerator.
