Italian Rice Pie




Ingredients:


9 large eggs
500 grams of heavy whipped cream
400grams of white sugar
2 pounds of ricotta cheese
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
250 grams of cooked white rice
15 ounce of crushed and drained pine apple
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt 


Direction to Cook:

Take a large bowl creak and break 9 eggs in it beat the eggs with egg beater. Add in the beaten eggs the sugar and a pinch of Himalayan salt and mix the mixture well. Add in the mixture the crushed ricotta cheese and vanilla essence and mix well until the mixture becomes smooth. Add in the mixture the heavy creme and stir well. Add in the mixture the cooked rice and crushed pine apple. Set the oven to pre heat at 165 Degree Celsius.  Take 9x13 inch baking dish. Grease it with butter. Now pour the prepared pie mixture on the greased baking dish.  Bake the dish in oven for at least one hour at 165 Degree Celsius. Check the status of the pie by inserting the dry knife in it. if knife comes out clean , pie is ready . make sure that the top  of the pie is golden colored.   Serve it by cooling in the refrigerator.

Buttermilk Pan Cakes


Ingredients:


2 cups or 400 grams of all-purpose flour
2 cups or 400ml buttermilk
1/3 cups of milk
2 tablespoon baking powder
Himalayan pink salt
¼ cups of butter
2 large eggs
Butter for frying

Directions to Cook :


Take large bowl combine in the bowl all the dry ingredients like flour baking powder Himalayan pink salt, and baking powder.  Take another deep shallow bowl combine together in it the wet ingredients like buttermilk, the cup of milk large eggs and butter. Wisk all the ingredients with the baking whisker. Set the oven to preheat at 200 Fahrenheit temperature.  Now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Now stir them together don’t let them over mix so that they can remain nice and fluffy. Mix the mixture till all the lumps are gone  if you wish  to make your pancakes fruity,  you can add the chopped fruits in it and blend it together .
 
The mixture is enough to make 14 pancakes each I measured 3/4 of a regular cup. Take a nonstick frying pan, put in it the butter shake the butter on the pan so that it can grease the whole frying pan. Heat the butter in the frying pan and let it melt. Now pour the pancake mixture measuring a third of a cup cook it on medium heat cook each side for 2 to three  minutes continue changing the sides of the pancakes while cooking will cook it by flipping its sides until it becomes golden brown. It will smell delicious place it put on a platter and cook the rest of the pancakes following the same procedure.

Baked Mustard Chicken:




Baked mustard chicken is a delicious and easy to cook recipe. The mustard and the honey blend make it taste even more optimal. The dish can be enjoyed with the rice dishes  and wheat  wraps.  Kids love to eat this delicious chicken 

Ingredients:


6 Boneless chicken pieces of sliced in half
1/2 Tablespoon dried Basil
125 Gram Honey
125 Grams prepared mustard
½ Tablespoon of Paprika
½ Teaspoon of dried Parsley
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste


Cooking Method:


Put the chicken breasts in shallow dish. Sprinkle and rub thoroughly pink salt and black pepper on the chicken pieces. Prepare a baking dish by brushing a little oil on the baking dish evenly. Put the chicken breasts on the oily baking dish. first of all, Preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius. In another bowl, mix together honey, parsley, basil. Paprika and mustard together and whisk all the added ingredients thoroughly. Now pour half of this mixture on the chicken pieces placed in the baking dish now .Put the baking dish in the oven and heat the chicken for at least 20 minutes. Now check the half-baked chicken and turn the chicken pieces to other sides on the baking dish and pour the remaining honey mustard mixture on the chicken and brush it to spread the mixture evenly on the chicken pieces. Bake the chicken for more 10 to 20 minutes or bake it until the pink color of the chicken meat changes to golden color and the juice comes clear. The chicken is ready to serve.
